Releasy is an outsourcing partner to Nordic clients in customer service.
- Which are the keys of success of your company?
The best customer experience! Well educated personal and a management team that are really focused on core business.
- What are the business prospects of the company by the end of 2016?
We have 96 seats in WTC and aim to have filled at least half of them by the end of the year.
- Could you give an example of success your company has developed?
We have doubled our revenue if we compare the last year with our current pace. Much of our success comes from focus on quality and efficient systems for follow up KPI’s.
- What advantages offers to your company working at an environment like WTCB?
We aim to be the most attractive callcenter employer in Barcelona in our field. Being located at WTC sends a clear message of seriousness. The office will be frequently visited by potential clients, for us it was important to have a premium and modern office at the best possible location in Barcelona.
